  • By me being part of the crew, it allowed the other driller to swap out between holes and rest. Also freed up someone to help load the dynamite. This let us drill more holes each day, and we were able to accomplish more work.
  • Assisted loading the holes with dynamite, and wiring the charges for the shot.

  • Keeping the job site clean and workable conditions, by having dumpsters delivered on time when needed and picked when needed. Making sure that the site is in compliance with soils erosion so as not to have fines.
